Permits. Permitting in the US Virgin Islands is a very straightforward process requiring usually no more than one week for permits.
When to shoot? Tropical, tempered by easterly trade winds, relatively low humidity, little seasonal temperature variation. Wet season is from June to November which is also the hurricane season.
