Film Locations. Monaco is the world’s second smallest country, after the Vatican. Manicured streets, palaces, museums, lush parks with fountains, glamorous Monte Carlo casino, hotels, villas, yachts, coastal roads, Formula One Grand Prix.
Permits. Monaco has a streamlined permitting process. There are no extraordinary
restrictions or rules.
When to shoot? Monaco has a mild climate throughout the year, the hottest months being July and August, and the coolest being January and February. Monaco has 300 days of sunshine per year.

Costs. Monaco is known to be a tax haven for the wealthy. It is a very expensive place to shoot. Monaco trades in the Euro.
Talent. The largest proportion of residents are French nationals, followed by Monegasque and Italians. The remainder are from all over the world. All other talent looks need to be brought in from abroad. Many celebrities reside in Monaco.
Creative talent. Monaco has a good pool of local directors, directors of photography and stills photographers. Its close proximity to major European production centres allows easy access to those pools of creative talent should you ever need to look further.
